Unlike many traditional providers, I don't just prescribe and refer. I am a family medicine physcian that completed an integrative psychiatry fellowship who specializes in integrative teen mental health, combining the best of medical science with nutrition, high dose supplementation, ming-body techiniques, and root cause analysis. I focus on healing the whole person - body, mind and spirit - to help your teen thrive naturally and sustainably. 

I understand that many patients come to me after feeling frustrated by traditional treatments that haven't provided lasting results. This program is different because it is a holistic and integrative approach, rooted in medical expertise. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I dig deeper to address the underlying causes of your mental health issues. By combining nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and personalized strategies, I help your teen achieve true, lasting improvements beyond what conventional treatments can offer.

This program is designed to meet the needs of individuals with various mental health concerns, from mild to more complex cases. During your teen's initial consultation, I will perform a thorough assessment to understand their unique challenges, history, and goals. If their situation requires further specialized care beyond the scope of this program, I will work with you to ensure they receive the appropriate referrals or additional resources. Rest assured, their care will be personalized and targeted to their specific mental health needs.

I currently operate as a direct pay practice, which allows me to spend the time you deserve without limitations set by insurance companies. I do accept FSA/HSA cards and can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. I have scholarships available for those in need. Many families find the investment is worth it as this is your teens life and a transformation that can go with them forever!

While I work from a foundation of our Heavenly Father and of whole person care - including the emotional and spiritual side of healing - I respect all beliefs.
