what we HELP WITH
Anything that you believe you can do strong enough, you can do. The very fact that you're aware of suffering is enough reason to be overjoyed that you're alive and can experience it. Just relax and let it flow.

Healing takes time, and we’re committed to walking alongside your family — with patience, respect, and encouragement.
1. Every teen is more than a diagnosis — they are whole human beings with unique stories, challenges, and strengths.
2. Parents deserve to be heard, not blamed. We honor your instincts, your role, and your love for your child.
.
We meet families with patience and understanding. Healing takes time, and we're committed to walking along side your family.
Medications can be helpful for initial symptoms, but not always the answer. We always explore deeper causes and ultimately guide our actions by God's Principles.
We have a responsibility to do our best for each patient and family we see. Likewise each patient and family has the responsibility to be accountable and try their best.
I know firsthand how daunting it can feel to make significant life changes, like facing what seems to be an uphill battle or leaving behind your only support system-your family. Embarking on a journey that required over a decade of schooling to achieve my dream was intimidating, to say the least. However, by taking small, manageable steps, I made my dream achievable. I apply this same approach with my patients every day, and it's truly rewarding to see their health goals become reality.
From a young age I learned the values of hard work and compassion, often serving as the primary caretaker for my younger siblings and our animals. This sense of responsibility and care has stayed with me, shaping my approach to patient care today. My early experiences as a certified nursing assistant as a teenager further ignited my passion for helping others in a medical setting and solidified my aspiration to become a doctor dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives.
I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Cell Biology and Biochemistry in 2001. In 2007, I became a Medical Doctor graduating from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, then completing my Residency training in Family Medicine and Board Certification. What a celebration that was! As a Family Physician I have been privileged to help thousands of patients with holistic care, compassion and dignity. Now I am here to help you.
Somethings many do not know about me, but i will share with you...
